TIME FOR A RUN......
Tonight, come hell or high water I am going to run. It has been 11 days since my marathon and I can't take it anymore!!!! I think I can squeeze 3, maybe 4 miles in tonight right after work, I'm so excited!!!

It looks like we may both be taking out first gingerly first run after the marathon this evening. Try to take it slow and god luck.
