HAPPY FREAKIN' MONDAY EVERYONE.....
So after another long hiatus and another handful of excuses I am going to start running again today after about a month off. To quote the 12 steppers out there... I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!!!
Sorry for the disappearing act every few months, but I will do my best to keep running through the coming months and when I run, I blog!!!!
